Today is the first day of my 5-2 diet. Eat 5 days a week and fast for 2 days, so far so good. I thought I have to have something to eat so I thought I would have Half an energy bar for lunch and maybe have a cup of yogurt for dinner; and also fill up on water. I am also planing excerizing mor but not on the fasting days. I should be able to do that two dys a week, right? I think so.
Also the act of not eating when you are hungry is a form of discipline, something I am surely lacking. Maybe I could take the act of denying myself something could help me in other ways.
